No Direction Home @ Edinburgh Festival

No Direction Home is a stand-up comedy group from refugee & migrant backgrounds mentored by award-winning comedian Tom Parry, created and produced by Counterpoints Arts and Camden People’s Theatre.

The comedians come from countries including Iran, Pakistan and Syria. All were new to stand-up but each of them has grabbed the chance to represent themselves on stage, to talk about their lives, their experiences and what they have observed. Most of all, they are extremely funny.

Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Refugee Survival Trust a Scottish charity providing practical support to asylum seekers and refugees, especially those who are at risk of destitution. 100% of donations collected at the event will go directly to refugees and asylum seekers in the form of grants or bus passes.

Hosted in partnership with Refugee Survival Trust.
